This video clip shows a success story that one family experienced in the Philippines. The cash transfer that was given to help their community enabled this family to build a small home and send not one, but all five children to school. It also allowed her family to receive health care. Before the transfer this family was "dirt poor" as described in the video, they were homeless and only one child went to school. Through the aid of money and with specific goals to target, The World Bank was able to successfully help this family and many others in need.
